My little precious will celebrate Halloween without her Nana:( I hate missing all these little things! She is getting so big I can hardly believe it. I look at her and see her father. It brings so many happy memories back........................I Love You Little Girl!
We all sure had fun on this beautiful day! Sheila, Carrie and I spent the better part of the day watching the kids play and romp among the pumpkins! One place you can go for free these days.....most places charge you to get in, but at Rombach's you can enter for free but there are some charges if you want to go into certain areas. We had a ball spending nothing except some candy purchases before leaving:D
The Gabster turned 4 yesterday and what is a Birthday without a party? Laura and Mike had a delicious dinner for everyone and Gabby enjoyed her "Mummy Cake" and all the presents:) Thank you Laura for a nice evening!!!!! (Unfortunately my camera pooped out after only a few shots)
I have started a new venture! A.S.A.P. for AUTISM is a non profit I have started to provide after school care for children with Autism. My granddaughter, Margo, is 8 yrs. old and is Autistic. In the summer our public schools provide learning for disabled children from 9:00 to 12:00 noon. For working parents this presents a major problem! Unlike typical children, Autistic children need special care. Most daycare centers are not equipped to deal with these children. I am planning a center where these children can be motivated, learn and have individual attention from volunteers and trained staff. I am in the first steps of this venture and will keep you posted as we grow and mature.
Thanks for caring......Linda Harre

I am a retired school teacher with an Autistic granddaughter, Margo. We are blessed with 12 fabulous grandchildren that make our world rich and full! Margo has needs that none of the others have......she doesn't speak. It is my goal to provide a better life for her and other children like her. I have started this venture in order to provide special care for these children and their families. I thank you for visiting and helping in the growing struggle to help these children exist in our society.
